Hi, I’m Maya Siklai
Yoga teacher, trainer of yoga teachers, Ayurvedic Health Counselor in training and advocate for your Health Empowerment.
I believe we each have the wisdom within us to be our own best doctor or healer and live in a state of vibrant health and wellbeing, no matter your age or background. I have been a yoga teacher for 16+ years and through the practices of yoga and Ayurveda - the healing art and sister science of yoga - and I’ve seen first hand in myself and my students how these practices can heal you.
We can be healthy and have energy to do the things we love with the people we love if we have the courage and focus to shift our daily habits from the thoughts we have when we wake to the foods on our plate towards a balanced state. But in order to know what shifts to make you need a system. Ayurveda combined with yoga is the best system I have found to heal us body, mind and soul.
Holistic Health Reset
a 4-week Ayur-yoga course
This course combines weekly Ayur-yoga classes, interactive Ayurveda workshops, and a one-to-one wellness review with Maya to asses your state of health and physical alignment, and give you personalized recommendations to follow on and off the mat.*
Each week you’ll learn a simple Ayurvedic practice to use on a daily basis to improve your state of mind and restore your vitality. You’ll learn how the elements of Nature work within your body and connect you intimately with the natural world, and how to optimize your own diet and lifestyle to restore the energy and good mood that is your birthright!
*This program is hybrid, so you can attend it all online, or come practice in community for the weekly yoga practice at a private home location in Mt Washington. Address will be provided after registration.

Course Overview

After years of teaching yoga and diving deep into Ayurveda, I've realized there's a gentler, more intuitive way to take care of ourselves than most one-size-fits-all fitness routines out there.
This course isn't about perfect poses or complicated routines. It's really just about getting to know yourself better. How your body moves. How your breath can calm your mind. And how connecting to the natural elements through diet and daily habits actually improves our own energy and our health.
