This method gets you results that last and are easy to maintain because it considers all aspects of you as a complex, holistic being.
This course will teach you how to make simple daily changes to your routine for profound results to get to the root cause of your symptoms, plus the support and accountability of having personalized instruction in classes and private sessions with me as well as practicing with like-minded people on the same path to sustainable health.

Hi, I’m Maya Siklai
Yoga teacher, trainer of yoga teachers, Ayurvedic Health Counselor in training and advocate for your Health Empowerment.
I believe we each have the wisdom within us to be our own best healer and live in a state of vibrant health and wellbeing, no matter your age or background. I have been a yoga teacher for 16+ years and through the practices of yoga and Ayurveda - the healing art and sister science of yoga - and I’ve seen first hand in myself and my students how these practices can heal you.
We can be healthy and have energy to do the things we love with the people we love if we have the courage and focus to shift our daily habits. Everything from the thoughts we have when we wake to the foods on our plate matters on our path towards a balanced state of health. In order to know what shifts to make you need a system. Ayurveda combined with yoga is the best system I have found to heal us body, mind and soul, and I’ve put them together in this accessible system I call the Holistic Health Reset to get you started on the path.

Each week you’ll learn simple Ayurvedic practices to use on a daily basis to improve your state of mind and restore your vitality. You’ll learn how the elements of Nature work within your body and connect you intimately with the natural world, and how to optimize your own diet and lifestyle to restore the energy and good mood that is your birthright!
In your one-on-one consultation we’ll asses your state of health and physical alignment, and I’ll give you personalized recommendations to follow on and off the mat.
This program is hybrid, so you can attend it all online, or come practice in community for the weekly yoga practice at a private home location in Mt Washington. Address will be provided after registration.
