Yes, yoga can do all that and more. Make a commitment to care for yourself by working one-on-one with me and I will help you stand up tall, reduce or eliminate your back, neck and joint pains and learn simple breathing and meditation techniques to calm your emotions and focus your mind. Yoga is a complete science for physical, mental and emotional health, especially combined with its sister science Ayurveda.

My lessons are completely tailored to suit your needs and your schedule. Private lessons are collaborative effort joining my years of expertise in yoga, physical assessment and Ayurveda with your dedication and determination to achieve your health and wellness goals.

Your first trail private lesson with me gives us a chance to meet, discuss your goals and concerns and set a plan for working together. We’ll talk and then do a simple yoga practice for me to asses important variables like your mobility, alignement, strength, balance and stamina. If we feel it’s a good fit, we will make an action plan and schedule your next lesson. I ask for a minimum 3 month commitment from new private clients after this first trial.

In-person Private Lesson Plan

Get private instruction tailored to your needs & goals in my home studio. In person lessons are excellent if you need special accommodations for injuries or conditions.

If you live outside of my driving range, or you prefer the flexibility and convenience of being able to practice online from home or where ever you are traveling, I offer online private lessons via Zoom.
