New Moon Reset is back at our favorite private location in Mt. Washington. If you haven’t had the priviledge of practicing in this spectacular and welcoming home with it’s lovely hostess and friend of mine, you don’t want to miss this one because I don’t know when we’ll get to practice here again!
This time with a special guest musician, the sitar player Miles Tanner. I will lead you in reflection on the astrology of this new moon in Scorpio moment, followed by mindful movement, meditation and restorative yoga all set to the powerful and soothing sound vibrations of the sitar. Miles Tanner. A member of the Los Angeles International Music and Arts Academy, Miles has been studying Hindustani Classical music under renowned sitarist Rajib Karmakar. His years of study have unfolded into a unique sound that combines lush modern soundscapes with musical traditions that stretch back hundreds of years.
