Ayurveda means science of life or living. It is concerned with prolonging and improving it’s quality of human life, through our health, vitatality, joy and spiritual fulfillment.

This two-part online workshop series (part of my signature Yoga & Ayurveda Essentials Course, open to drop in students. Part 1 is the Intro to Ayurveda workshop on May 7th) will introduce you to the basic principals of this ancient wellness system and then provide you with practical, holistic steps you can take today to have a profound impact on your health to improving your energy and vitality, reducing pain and inflammation, and increasing your peacefulness and equanimity.

This second workshop in the series will focus on simple daily habits and basic changes to lifestyle and diet that you can start today to immediately feel better and get excellent results with a small effort in a short amount of time.
